Bots still render offset from their true server tile (clip walls, "chop from afar"). Collision, walk-bit format and MA publish are all verified correct. Remaining: an asymmetric Δ(+48,+54) offset (measured via ::coords) pointing at new-player placement deltas / scene-base.
